The electrical properties and consequently the device performance of perovskite based solar cells are greatly influenced by the morphology of the perovskite film. Using methylamine-gas-induced defect healing, determined modifications of perovskite film morphologies can be studied. Additionally, different methods, e.g., impedance spectroscopy, are used to analyze the electrical properties and to adress changes of these properties to the morphology of fabricated perovskite solar cell.
