Perovskite Research
We are interested in the fundamental properties of perovskite semiconductors.The group prepares its own perovskite solar cells and LEDs. One of our research foci is the investigation of the role of defects and grain boundaries in perovskites. This includes surface and bulk defects, which we try to control by different preparation techniques. Surface traps are addressed by surface and interface modifications.
